Runza Casserole (1)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 onion shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef. Add cabbage and onion. Simmer until tender. Add mushroom soup. Spread one package of dough on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour in ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread second package of dough over all. Bake at 325 degrees 20 minutes or until golden brown.
