Runza Casserole (1)

A tasty alternative to the Nebraska Classic Runza.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 onion shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  1. Brown ground beef. Add cabbage and onion. Simmer until tender. Add mushroom soup. Spread one package of dough on bottom of 9×13 pan. Pour in ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread second package of dough over all. Bake at 325 degrees 20 minutes or until golden brown.
