Another Shawn recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds hamburger
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large head cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • horseradish optional
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can sauerkraut optional

Instructions
 

  1. Brown hamburger, drain grease. Chop up garlic and onion and sauté with hamburger. Add shredded cabbage to mixture. Add salt and pepper and dash of horseradish. Cover, let cook until cabbage is done. Add sauerkraut for tangy flavor. Let mixture cool before spooning onto dough (Overnight Buns). Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. (May take 30 minutes.)
