Eastern North Carolina Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar
  • very little onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and serve over Kaiser rolls with Eastern North Carolina Pork BBQ.
