Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 large cooking bag
  • 8 -10 flounder or sole fillets
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced diagonally
  • 1 medium tomato chopped and seeded
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter diced
  • paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in cooking bag. Place in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle fish with cheese and seasoned salt. Roll each fillet starting at narrow end. Place fish rolls- seam side down, in center of bag forming two rows. Combine vegetables and seasonings. Arrange around fish rolls. Sprinkle fish with paprika and dot with butter. Close bag; make 6-1/2 inch slits in bag. Bake 20-25 minutes.
