Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 large cooking bag
  • 8 -10 flounder or sole fillets
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced diagonally
  • 1 medium tomato chopped and seeded
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter diced
  • paprika

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in cooking bag. Place in 13×9 pan. Sprinkle fish with cheese and seasoned salt. Roll each fillet starting at narrow end. Place fish rolls- seam side down, in center of bag forming two rows. Combine vegetables and seasonings. Arrange around fish rolls. Sprinkle fish with paprika and dot with butter. Close bag; make 6-1/2 inch slits in bag. Bake 20-25 minutes.
