Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 1/2 cups zucchini grated
  • 1/2 cup margarine or softened butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ----------------------
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Cream sugar and margarine, add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients, then zucchini. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (11x17). Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350ยบ for 20-30 minutes. Do not overbake.
