Ingredients

ground venison

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
dash of Season All
dash of Accent
dash of Tarragon
Instructions
Mix thoroughly and shape into small balls (1-inch x 3-inches). Roll in egg and Ritz cracker crumbs. Cook in hot (400ยบ) oil about 3 minutes. Check for doneness.
