Spiced Fruit Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound can pineapple chunks
  • 2 1/2 pound can apricot or pear halves
  • 2 1/2 pound can peach halves
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup shortening melted
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  • Drain pineapple chunks, apricots, peaches and arrange in 9x13 pan. Add apple pie filling. Combine other ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake for 1 hour at 350ยบ.

Notes

Good for a morning brunch.
