Shawn's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • dash curry powder
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bake chicken breasts until done. Cool and chop or dice. Chop onion and celery. Mix all of the ingredients and chill. Serve on dill bread or a light rye.
