Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 10 ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 cups Bisquick

Instructions

  • Bring sausage to room temperature.
  • Mix all well with hands. Roll into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
  • May be frozen; to reheat, place in oven for 10 minutes. Makes approx. 150 balls.
