Rice with Cheese and Green Chile

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice instant
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces chopped green chile
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to package directions. Mix rice, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and green chile. Place in greased 2- quart casserole dish. Top with grated Cheddar. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Notes

This is one of John D's favorite side dishes. It goes great with just about anything. (I use brown rice)
