Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound oleo melted
  • 1 1/2 cups raw rice not instant
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 2 cans beef consomme´
  • salt

Instructions

  • Melt oleo in skillet. Brown rice and onion. Add beef consommé, salt lightly. Cover and bake 1-1½ hours in 350º oven.
