Quick Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

flour

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt
3
teaspoons
cinnamon
1 1/2
cups
sugar

pumpkin cooked or canned
4
eggs beaten
1
cup
vegetable oil
1/2
cup
nuts optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine dry ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients together and stir into dry mixture. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour.
Notes
Our family loves anything pumpkin: pie, cake, bars, dessert, or bread. Here’s a quick bread I found in the newspaper quite a while ago.
