Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 box yellow cake mix no pudding in it - reserve one cup
  • 1/2 cup margarine melted
  • 1 egg

  • Filling
  • 3 cups canned pumpkin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • --------------------
  • Topping
  • 1 cup reserved cake mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Instructions

  • Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine crust ingredients and pat into pan. Combine filling ingredients and pour over crust. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350ยบ for 45-50 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
