Ingredients

  • 2 quarts raw milk, lukewarm
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tablet rennet, keep warm

Instructions

  • When curds form set in very low oven and as it separates (gets watery) dip off the whey with a spoon. Mix 2 eggs, 1 cup cream, 1/2 cup sugar, flavor. Add to curds and bake in slow oven.
