Oreo Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 quart soft vanilla ice cream
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  • Crush cookies (not too fine). Mix with ice cream. Whip cream and fold in mixture. Freeze into 2 aluminum foil pie tins.

I think this recipe came from Nebraska. Kids love it.
