Norwegian Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch salt
  • 2-3 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together to make thin batter. Pour enough batter in buttered 10-inch skillet to coat the bottom of the pan with a thin layer. Flip the pancake after it becomes firm and lightly cook the second side. Serve with an assortment of toppings: whipped cream, fruit, butter, syrup and cinnamon-sugar.
