Marshmallow Coconut Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows colored

Instructions

  • Spread coconut on waxed paper. Put mixture lengthwise over coconut. Form a log covered by coconut. Refrigerate and slice.
