Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Pour over flank steak. Marinate 3 hours or more. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly pink in center. ( May also grill on medium to low flame until slightly pink in center.)
