Lois Watne's Caramel Pull-Aparts

Ingredients

  • 18 frozen Rhodes Rolls
  • 1 package butterscotch pudding regular not instant
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pecans chopped optional

Instructions

  • Grease 9x12 or bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan if desired. Place frozen rolls in pan. In a small bowl, melt butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in microwave. Add dry pudding mix to butter mixture. Pour over rolls. Let rise uncovered at room temperature overnight (6 to 8 hours). Bake at 350ยบ for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

These are great for a lazy Saturday morning because all the preparation takes place the night before!
