Lisa's Family's All Time Favorite Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/2 cup or more crushed club or Ritz crackers

Instructions

  • I never measure ingredients anymore when I make my meatloaf, I just look for the right consistency. I may add more catsup or more crackers to get it right. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can garnish top with onion rings and catsup.
