Ingredients

flour

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoons
sugar
1/2
teaspoon
salt

egg yolks beaten
1/3
cup
vegetable oil
1 1/2
cups
milk
3
egg whites
beaten until stiff
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Combine egg yolks and milk; stir into dry ingredients. Add oil. Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not over mix. Use 2/3 cup for each waffle, or according to waffle iron directions.
