Japanese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 1/2 head cabbage chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles break up don't cook
  • 1 package seasoning from Ramen package
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Toss together chicken, almonds, cabbage, onions, Ramen noodles, Ramen seasoning and sesame seeds.
  • Mix sugar, oil, salt, vinegar and pepper together. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Refrigerate overnight.

Notes

Best if made the night before.
