Japanese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

chicken cooked and diced

tablespoons
slivered almonds
1/2
head cabbage chopped
2
green onions sliced

package chicken flavored Ramen noodles break up
don't cook
1
package seasoning from Ramen package
2
tablespoons
sesame seeds toasted
1
tablespoon
sugar
1/2
cup
oil
1/2
teaspoon
salt
3
tablespoons
vinegar
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Toss together chicken, almonds, cabbage, onions, Ramen noodles, Ramen seasoning and sesame seeds.
Mix sugar, oil, salt, vinegar and pepper together. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Refrigerate overnight.
Notes
Best if made the night before.
