Italian Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni shells cooked and cooled
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni cubed
  • 1/4 pound ham or salami cubed
  • 1/4 pound Provolone cheese
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 green peppers chopped
  • 1 medium onion grated
  • 1 can Italian olives pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano

Dressing:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup salad vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the salad. Let stand overnight to season.
