Italian Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

macaroni shells cooked and cooled

pound
pepperoni cubed
1/4
pound
ham or salami cubed
1/4
pound
Provolone cheese
3
stalks celery chopped
2
green peppers chopped
1
medium onion grated
1
can Italian olives pitted and chopped
1/2
tablespoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground pepper
1
tablespoon
oregano
Dressing:
1
cup
oil
3/4
cup
salad vinegar
Instructions
Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the salad. Let stand overnight to season.
