Irish Italian Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 1/2 ounce can mushroom soup
  • 10 1/2 ounce can tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Brown onion in oil, add meat and seasonings, brown lightly. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add soups. Cover, simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over pasta.

Notes

John didn’t love it because he was expecting “Pongetti Spaghetti”—try sauce with a different shaped pasta.
