House of Blues Spinach Dip

Ingredients

cups
mayonnaise
15oz. Jar
3/4
pound
Parmesan cheese
fresh grated
28
ounces
artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1/2
pound
fresh spinach cleaned and chopped
2
tablespoons
hot pepper sauce or to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 325ยบ until set and lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes.
Serve immediately with Tortilla chips and hot pepper sauce (individuals add as desired.)
Notes
Also good as a spread on sliced baguette.
