House of Blues Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 15oz. Jar
  • 3/4 pound Parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • 28 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/2 pound fresh spinach cleaned and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce or to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 325ยบ until set and lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with Tortilla chips and hot pepper sauce (individuals add as desired.)

Notes

Also good as a spread on sliced baguette.
