Ingredients

  • 5 #303 1lb c green beans drained
  • 3/4 lbs. (3 cup Swiss cheese grated

White sauce:

  • 1/4 cup oleo
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 -2 tablespoo onion
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • melted butter

Instructions

  • Toss cheese with beans. Cook white sauce, then add sour cream. Add sour cream mixture to bean mixture. Pour into deep 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes and melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
