Make the jello. Cut into cubes when cold. Put aside. If making a dessert, make the graham cracker crust and put into a 9x13 pan. Save some for the topping. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to boiling pineapple juice. Cool slightly. Whip the cream and add sugar. Add cooled gelatin mixture to the whipped cream. Add jello. If making a dessert pour into crust. Cover with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Let stand over night.
