Gooey Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Heat chocolate with corn syrup over hot water, stirring until blended. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Continue stirring until butter has melted. Serve warm or cooled over ice cream. I do this in the microwave (add all but vanilla). Melt carefully and then boil until nice and thick, stirring occasionally.
