In one bowl, cream together butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. In another bowl, cream together milk, pudding and Cool Whip. Mix the two bowls together. Alternate layers in a plastic flower pot, starting with cookie crumbs and ending with cookie crumbs. Make each layer as thick as you want. Freeze or chill. For fun, use a small flower spade for serving. Add gummy worms throughout each layer. Add a small bouquet of silk or plastic flowers to the top of completed flower pot.
