Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 -12 small new potatoes boiled

White sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Regular potatoes that have been cut into chunks may be used. Make white sauce. Pour over potatoes.
