1-2poundsround steak cut into serving size (may also use venison)

pepper
flour
large onion, sliced
Instructions
Salt, pepper and flour steak pieces. Brown well in hot fat. Add sliced onion and cover with water. Cover and simmer 2-3 hours or until very tender. Liquid should thicken, but you can thicken more with mixture of flour and water.
