Cold Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups medium rice 1 cup raw before cooking
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained well
  • 1 cup Real mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 chicken breast cooked and cut up

Instructions

  • Add enough whipped topping so the salad is nice and moist. Serve cold.
