Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 ounces green chiles
  • 10 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese
  • medium bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Sauté onion. Add chicken, soup, and 3/4 can of water and chiles. Layer in 8x8 pan with chips and chicken mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
