Ingredients

butter

sugar

white corn syrup
pinch
soda

teaspoon
vinegar

teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Boil until hard crack stage (290 degrees). Remove from fire and add vanilla. Pour into buttered tine (9x9). As it begins to cool score it deeply with a table knife into 1 inch squares so that when it's cool it will break easily. Never use oleo.
