Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Add coconut and pecans as desired, or use plain.

Notes

This is delicious on many cakes. Even bread pudding.
