Broccoli Salad (2)

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli cut into flowerets
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/2 - 1 cup bacon fried and crumbled

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Combine dressing ingredients and add to salad ingredients just before serving.
