Beef Stroganoff (2)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream room temperature
  • freshly cooked noodles

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger, drain, add onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Stir and simmer. Stir some of the meat mixture into sour cream, blend into rest of meat mixture. Serve over noodles.
