Venison Frickadilly

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Season All
  • dash of Accent
  • dash of Tarragon

Instructions
 

  1. Mix thoroughly and shape into small balls (1-inch x 3-inches). Roll in egg and Ritz cracker crumbs. Cook in hot (400ยบ) oil about 3 minutes. Check for doneness.
