Tutti Fruiti Dessert

This is a recipe from my mother, Lola Frasier.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 cups fruit cocktail drained
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped

Instructions
 

  1. Sift together dry ingredients, beat in egg. Add fruit. Put in 8×8 pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream on top.
