Pour sticky sauce into a 13×9 pan. Sprinkle with broken nuts if desired. Turn dough out onto floured surface (it will be sticky) and punch down. Roll dough to a 16×10 inch rectangle Dot with 1/4 cups soft butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll jellyroll style and pinch seams together. Slice 1 1/2 inch thick pieces, place into pan on top of sticky sauce. Let double in size (about one hour). Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Cool for no more than 3 minutes, then invert pan so sauce and nuts are on top of buns.
