Shoe Peg Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce can shoe peg corn
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 tiny can Leseur green peas
  • 1 can French style green beans
  • 1 jar pimentos chopped
Dressing:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed

Instructions
 

  1. Drain vegetables and mix with chopped vegetables. In saucepan, mix dressing ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Cool slightly and pour over vegetables. Make 12-24 hours ahead. Keeps for several days.
