Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 10 ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 cups Bisquick

Instructions
 

  1. Bring sausage to room temperature.
  2. Mix all well with hands. Roll into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
  4. May be frozen; to reheat, place in oven for 10 minutes. Makes approx. 150 balls.
