Rice with Cheese and Green Chile

This is one of John D’s favorite side dishes. It goes great with just about anything. (I use brown rice)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rice instant
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces chopped green chile
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Mix rice, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and green chile. Place in greased 2- quart casserole dish. Top with grated Cheddar. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
