Irish Italian Spaghetti

John didn’t love it because he was expecting “Pongetti Spaghetti”—try sauce with a different shaped pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 1/2 ounce can mushroom soup
  • 10 1/2 ounce can tomato soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions
 

  1. Brown onion in oil, add meat and seasonings, brown lightly. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add soups. Cover, simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over pasta.
