Great Dessert (or Salad)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes Jello red and green for Christmas
  • 1 1/2 cups water for each box
  • ———————Graham Cracker Crust
  • 24 graham crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • ——————–
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling pineapple juice
  • ———————
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  1. Make the jello. Cut into cubes when cold. Put aside. If making a dessert, make the graham cracker crust and put into a 9×13 pan. Save some for the topping. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to boiling pineapple juice. Cool slightly. Whip the cream and add sugar. Add cooled gelatin mixture to the whipped cream. Add jello. If making a dessert pour into crust. Cover with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Let stand over night.
