Gooey Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  1. Heat chocolate with corn syrup over hot water, stirring until blended. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Continue stirring until butter has melted. Serve warm or cooled over ice cream. I do this in the microwave (add all but vanilla). Melt carefully and then boil until nice and thick, stirring occasionally.
