Frog Eye or Spezziello Salad

- Boil macaroni in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse. Mix and cook juice, sugar, flour, and salt until thick. Add egg yolks and cook a little longer. Combine this cooked mixture with the drained macaroni. Refrigerate overnight. Day of serving add pineapple chunks, oranges, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
