Egg Casserole
Add chopped ham, bacon, and/or green chile to take it up a notch.
I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. It is great because you put it together ahead of time and it is delicious.

- Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff. Add a little salt. Beat yolks and add a little salt and pepper. Add milk to yolks and mix thoroughly. Fold in whites.
- Put bread cubes in bottom of oblong casserole. Melt butter and mix with bread cubes. Place cheese on top and then add egg mixture.
- Refrigerate over-night.
- Bake at 350ยบ for 45 minutes.
